Jules Maciulis joined AVS in 2005 and has been actively involved in administrative operations. For over 23 years, Mr. Maciulis has held various engineering, analyst and project management positions in the high technology sector after graduate studies in biotechnology.

Mr. Maciulis is a graduate of the University of California with Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry, as well as a Master's Degree in Chemistry. He recently earned his California Paralegal Certificate from California State University - Easy Bay.
