Peter Villaverde joined AVS in 2000 and has been actively involved in managing the behind the scenes operations. Mr. Villaverde has been providing property tax advice to clients since 1986. He began his career in Texas with a property tax consulting firm prior to relocating to California. In California, Peter has worked as a manager within Big 5 accounting firms. He has provided property tax services to numerous clients in multiple states regarding both personal and real property issues.

Mr. Villaverde is a graduate of the Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. He currently holds memberships in The Institute for Professional Taxation and the California Assessors' Association.
