Timothy G. Doss co-founded AVS in 1997 and remains actively involved in the company's day to day operations. Mr. Doss is responsible for the marketing of the firm's services as well as the management of numerous client matters. Prior to AVS, Mr. Doss was the managing partner of a national property tax practice at a Big Five accounting firm, a tax manager at a Fortune 100 company and a staff appraiser for a California County Assessor.

Mr. Doss currently is a member of the Merced County Assessment Appeal Board and the California Assessors' Association. Mr. Doss is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and he additionally completed postgraduate studies in strategic management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
